TK Headphones in J are generally good for movie watching but they don't do much for noise cancelling.
The 3-prone connector on board their 777 fleet, 3/4 A330 subfleets and all A350s and B787 can be used with a 3.5mm TRS "jack" (i.e - the standard connector virtually all wired headphones will use). You simply insert the connector in any of the 2 larger diameter holes of the 3-prong connector. You'll get stereo sound.
