I’ve visited the Highlife Shop to try to pre-order Duty Free for an upcoming ORD-LHR flight. Unfortunately, the drop down flight list is telling me that BA296 does not exist so I can’t proceed. I have previously ordered on board on a flight back from Chicago but not from T3, which is now the departure terminal. Can anyone please advise?
