I was hoping to go to Mexico with my mother as a joint birthday girls' trip(specifically Las Brisas Acapulco for which I found a really good deal including a jeep). The problem is, the only week that works is the week of March 15. I was hoping to avoid Spring Break craziness but I wasn't sure if the fact that Las Brisas comes with a private beach club membership for the length of stay would remove us enough from drunk college students for it to be enjoyable.

Has anyone had any experience with the tourist locations in March or should I just forget it?
