Blacklane is usually pretty good. You should call them about the reservation to make sure the driver waits inside at baggage claim.
At LGA terminal B specifically, do you know whether the car will be "right outside," so to speak? I don't recall which terminal I was at last time I had a pick up at LGA, but it was a long sweaty walk from the baggage claim to whatever garage area all the cars were in, and I would love to avoid that.
