The LCY bit is normal, it's just the nearest airport to KGX. It looks to me that it wasn't properly ticketed if it shows as cancelled, or someone has picked up the fact that you bought your own ticket. So you should be OK with the transcript, and in any case BA is only charged after you have downloaded the ticket on Accessrail.
