You might consider buying an E+ subscription for about half the delta. Look at the benefits you'll have between E+ subscription and your Chase card and see how you value the remaining Silver bennies.
I view an E+ subscription as a poor man's Premier Gold. I can select E+ at booking and make believe that I have Gold status.
