You might consider buying an E+ subscription for about half the delta. Look at the benefits you'll have between E+ subscription and your Chase card and see how you value the remaining Silver bennies.
This is the more sensible approach, especially because with the E+ sub you can choose seats at booking.
Note that the E+ sub will get you PQPs, so if you don't plan any more flying this year you might wait until Jan. 1 (or first flight in 2025) to purchase so the PQPs post to next year, when you might benefit from them.
