sk charged me US$75 and apologised profusely. apparantly they'd overlooked the section in the rules where the charges for tickets originating from the SWP region are stated. seems like they're not too used to dealing with RTW tickets cos they weren't even able to get their computer system to print out my ticket. the poor poor agent had to write out the 4 booklets by hand
