It should take under an hour, so if you have waited more than that then keep calling until you speak to someone, hopefully in the UK. You don't have to go on the 19:04, you normally are allowed on other trains before or after that, for the same day. So it's an Anytime ticket in other words.

Nothing came through and given that the LNER fare is less than the CE ticket (factoring in a Two Together railcard discount) and that we absolutely need to be in London tonight (we’ve a separate ticket with IB tomorrow) I’ve just booked my own ticket and will put in the BA one for a refund once I’m at the Sofitel.
