I still disagree, I find the taste of good Hanwoo (like that they serve at B&B) a nice balance between high marbling and still having a meaty taste (vs Wagyu which depending on the cut can be too rich for me to have more than a few bites). With really good meat, I don't really think you have to do much to it other than just grill it.
I'm not strictly looking for Hanwoo omakase, just places that serve good Hanwoo in general, but I'm saying among my Korean friends they knew of the B&B downstairs speakeasy dining experience as offering that kind of dining experience.
If you personally don't think there's anything special about Hanwoo, then there's not really much to add to the discussion. Your pov seems to be that there's no beef restaurants worth going out of the way for, but I found B&B definitely worth going out of the way for. I had really good beef there and then also not quite as good but still decent beef at other bbq places in Korea, so there can definitely be a difference from my personal experience. I'm curious if people know of other places in Seoul that are worth going out of the way for, but it sounds like that's not your thing
