Also it's filed as a Normal Fare / First Class "Restricted" but it doesn't have cancellation or reissue fee so might as well be Unrestricted (besides the transfer requirements)
Yeah, filings get weird these days, but it matches the pattern of the least restricted / highest-priced fare the publish on the route. It's a refundable last-seat MPM fare so it's basically unrestricted

I don't see it for 31-Jul in EF, but I don't have a "real" GDS.
