You can simply exit as an arrival would and go to any one of the other check points. Fairly accurate waiting times for each are online you don’t *have* to go down that route.
That said Its never taken me more than 45 mins to get from plane door to lounge or Embassy Suites hotel when arriving on an international flight in Miami mid afternoon.
