eh... not really? PP lounges are generally underwhelming, and highly limited in availability/accessibility/quality in North America given the massive number of memberships out there. And none in ORD.
That said, CSR includes the few Sapphire lounges that so far exist. Amex Plat includes PP, the more numerous but overcrowded Amex Centurion lounges, and Delta Sky Club access if OP ever flies Delta.
Surely when the ORD Global Terminal is built it will include space for all the credit card lounges, but that is some distance down the road.
