This is not quite correct - the CSA will remain a separate brand with a separate service concept etc but their flights will essentially be wet-leased from QS. So it's not a full merger, just saving on crews etc (the same way as some LH flights are operated by Discover but are not actual Discover flights).
That being said, given that they're shutting down OK Plus I think it's safe to assume they will be leaving SkyTeam as well, though as far as I'm aware, it's not officially confirmed yet.
Also, the codeshares with Air Europa and some other SkyTeam airlines are still being sold so who knows what happens there.
