Hi, question about my trip if anyone has experience. UK citizen, flying LHR-PVG, using TWOV before leaving to KIX. On the way back it's ICN-PVG-LHR with 14 hours layover overnight. I'm confident we comply with the TWOV requirements but I was just wondering if Virgin staff will be familiar with the TWOV process? And then again in Incheon with KoreanAir. I'll be printing out what I can, as advised, but want to be prepared with how much I might need to explain if they may not be familiar. Thanks
