Spouse is trying to use the round-trip companion 1/2 off to join me during a work trip, but realized she accidentally deleted the code they email you (as of some time ago, no longer shows up in HA account). I made the same mistake myself before, but went back and saved it. Since only her offer is active during my dates, how can you get the code again? Sent request to HA, no response yet. Tried to SM Barclays, some idiot keeps on re-sending the text of the email without the code itself no matter what I tell them. What are you suppose to do?
