I crossed over 2MM yesterday BNA>SLC and Delta was very kind. BNA Sky Club team members approached me, confirmed my name and genuinely thanked me, took a picture with me for some type of website and gifted me a certificate and small notebook. Upon arrival in SLC, i was curbside with a ride share 3 min. away when Delta called to congratulate me and apologize for missing me at arrival gate. The Agent rushed out curbside and thanked me, gave me a nice note and some chocolates. Thank you Delta, didn't expect it and ya got me.
