How to claim missing TPs in Adjustment period
I flew a BA Holidays flight on the last day of my Previous TP year.
In the TP ajustment period all points were posted except for the BA Holidays TP Award.
I have raised this several times via the Claim Missing TPs form and by telephone. Each time I get nowhere, Some of the responses seem generic and I am not even convinced they reviewed the evidence I submitted
Can anyone recommend a way to contact BA and have a conversation with someone who will work through the issue or any other way of resolving this?
