That's what was alluding to above. The TCP side is just a comment in the booking, and an agent at the gate can drop down the screen to see it. But if there is an irrop then the rebooking is done by robotics which aren't going to parse commentary and will just rebook via the usual status / cabin scale and not take into account TCP. Where it helps is that when you ring up to complain about it then a human will see what has happened and change things if they can. There is no getting around that, but the robotics will split up people on the same booking too, albeit it less likely an outcome, so that is't "safe" either.
