I visited the Centurion Lounge T1 Landside Lounge (was Flying BA First and I also visited the AA Admiral Lounge afterwards, I wish I did not bother) at the end of June and I had overall a great experience.

The lounge was fairly empty, so plenty of space both for tables or Sofa seating.

As we were fairly early for our flight, we sat at one of the table and ordered from the menu for table service. We had the Tuna Tartare and the Beef Tacos, both of which I found excellent (had a second order of the Tacos). There are prices on the Menu as some types of Amex Platinum Cards actually have to pay, but for my personal UK Platinum, it was all free. What I found strange being used to European Lounges, including the LHR T3 CL, is that they have to bring you the bill at the table, which you have to sign, and they expect you to pay a tip.
