it seems to be more than seats blocked out for codeshare.
the previous seat map had the rear section of economy starting in row 48 with a 3-gap-3 setup per the seat map on the Thai website for a 787-9.
On the new seat map the rear section of economy starts at row 46 with a 3-3-3 setup.
