EDIT: I do concede that I may be mistaken, but if so, the map in #520 and the interactive map are very misleading
That green path that you are referring to is not airside. Upper level are the checkin counters. Lower level is either restricted for arriving passengers and where passport control/customs is or the public bits are before security.
