Trying to look into an upgrade with ANA miles for a flight booked with cash for next March- from Premium Economy to Business. When I click on the upgrade option under the itinerary however this is the error message I'm getting:Requests for upgrades cannot be made.

Upgrades are not available for the following.
  • Tickets have not yet been issued
  • The itinerary does not include a flight eligible for upgrade
  • Check-in has been completed
  • ANA CouchANA COUCHii reservations have been made for all flights

Anyone have any ideas? I tried following the "to request an upgrade for ANA International Flights, click here" link but it basically just leads me back to this error message in a big circle, hah. Do I just have to call them? Or could I be ineligible because we booked our flights through Chase's travel portal? Thanks!
