I haven't actually been to Centurion SFO, but you don't have to clear security twice anymore as all terminals are connected airside since the end of June.
However it will be much shorter to re-clear security and walk through the International Check-in area versus going from Terminal 3 -> Terminal 2 -> Terminal 1 to International A.
