Clearly this creates confusion on codeshares . . . but I think it is safe to say that anything marketed as an ANA flight (NHxxx), even if "operated" by Air Japan, is effectively an ANA flight. It's not clear to me one could book a UA/NQ [Air Japan] ticket.
