Yes - ANA made the mind-bogglingly stupid decision to launch a new LCC with the same name as their version of United Express -- also called Air Japan... The LCC Air Japan is a one class 788 that flies 5 times per week from NRT - SIN. The Air Japan that flies for NH will be on the 789 and be two class (J/Y) with NH standards.

Clearly this creates confusion on codeshares . . . but I think it is safe to say that anything marketed as an ANA flight (NHxxx), even if "operated" by Air Japan, is effectively an ANA flight. It's not clear to me one could book a UA/NQ [Air Japan] ticket.
