I'd have though too you would have received a new ticket receipt for the upgrade? I'd stick with BAH as it should be for them to ensure that the information is correct.
I did actually just give BAEC a go - with the self importance of a new Gold, I figured they might answer quickly... and they did. Pity about the 30 mins on hold while the chap talked to the 'back office' - at least he agreed they got it wrong and would be escalating the case to get the TPs awarded. Fingers crossed that pragmatism has paid off, however much it grates with me that BAH is passing the buck.
