Westin is too pricey. Aloft is $257 - Is that a better choice?
Four Point is a lot cheaper, but apparently no shuttle. Assume Uber would not be thrilled with a 2 mile trip out of the airport?
Any suggestions / comments?
The Aloft is much closer to the airport and therefore a shorter shuttle ride. But it's a long hotel as in you may have a long walk to get to the room. I quite like that Aloft. The Westin is great but not great enough that I'd pay extra for it. It shares a shuttle with the Aloft.
No comment on the Four Points. I am staying at the Courtyard in Burlingame in a couple of weeks for the first time. Slightly unrelated but a couple of doors up from there is a DoubleTree where I have always had issues with the shuttle and the hotel staff; that is actually the property that made my decision to switch to Marriott brands.
Behind that DoubleTree is what used to be a driving range and is now being built into a TopGolf supposedly. There is also a fantastic Mexican restaurant there.
