A new question on a similar topic

I was going to preorder some gin on flight BA 048 from SEA-LHR

But that is one of the very few flight numbers that doesn't show up in the dropdown list of flights.

Any idea why this flight number is singled out for no delivery on board ? It's a standard widebody flight as far as I can tell
