The immigration lanes have 3 separate entrances, I will admit they are not that clearly marked. To the left for cabin crew, diplomats, monks, military etc. The right hand lane for Thai Passport Holders and business/first passengers and everyone else down the middle. A friend tells me that those aged 70+ are entitled to use a fast track lane but it is not clear which one!
