A friendly reminder that "upgrade" offers don't seem to post as an additional collection and thus don't trigger the credit.
I had a 4+ hour midcon recently, purchased economy through corporate TA, and then saw an upgrade offer for ~$100. The actual fare difference (which would have been reimbursed) was $179. Sometimes it's the other way around (cheaper to up-fare) so I will use the credit another time.
