DP - Tested with a $5 eGift card restaurant within the Resy network and received the confirmation email today, 7/30/2024. Although the email confirmation took longer to arrive compared to the $20 monthly Resy credit for purchasing a physical gift card with my Delta Reserve card, the eGift card also successfully triggered the credit.
