It is shocking how many people are Group 1 boarding on JL, it feels like half the plane, but somehow JL manages to board so quickly and efficiently that it still doesn't take long even if you're Group 1 number 50 in queue.

Before I had OWE status it was also painful if you were early for check in at an outstation, because everyone and their brother has access to Business Class check in, so it's disproportionately long, but not a huge issue if you come later after the backlog is cleared.
