If you're in Dubai for business or for the city, the Centric is perfect.
If you're in Dubai for relaxation, the PH is perfect (the new Laguna pool (not the club one) is phenomenal).
If you're in Dubai for some posh restaurants, the Andaz is perfect (cause lots of them are around the Palm).
If you're in Dubai with younger kids, the GH could be great after finishings their completely new big water park.

If you're in Abu Dhabi for sightseeing, business or for a layover, the GH is a good option.
If you're in Abu Dhabi for relaxation, the PH is phenomenal.
