At my first entry, the front desk was contacted to verify my annual lounge pass. However, at every visit, I (and, apparently, all other guests), were required to sign a bill (with carbon paper copies!). This seemed very inefficient: staff hunting for bill-pads and fresh carbon sheets, bills messed from wet hands, manager approvals, etc. And, then they just get ignored when I checked-out.

I give top marks for the breakfast/evening food options: quality, variety, freshness, temp control, presentation, replenishment, etc.

Drinks: one each red/white/beer. Not self-serve, not even visible - hidden away in some back room. Even coffees/teas/soft drinks are served.
