thank you for telling me about that. And here's the thing PR seems to offer fares less than the JL/NH/KE routing for JFK/EWR-KIX with PR via MNL. One can actually use it for Skiplagging.
in my family when my mother went to Japan last year they actually had to pick up a relative over there then straight to KIX since PR127 does time well with PR408.
