I'm unsure if this is a known issue or a one-off, but I was charged twice for an AS booking I made over the weekend. That was a first for me, so it might not hurt to check if you made a booking recently. The charges went through and were not simply pending. I disputed it through Amex, although I'm sure I could have gone through AS if I had more patience.
