Yeah that was true for Citi... Here they're saying - "For Axis Bank Olympus Mastercard World Elite cardholders, the concierge will share the link of benefit page for the customer to make the booking.". I've seen that link but I can't find it now.. it's got a number of hotel brand exceptions and what not. Have you tried this with Axis?
