Yes, but would that mean the PA now, with the new S terminal arrival, goes with you on the train and then walks with you to that point? As DelTroon mentioned, I wouldn't see much benefit of that other than perhaps it's a bit easier to find the right arrival fast track immigration with a PA. Before the direct buggy from plane to immigration was really convenient.
