Too tight IMHO. You’d have to have everything go right and also use the automated passport lanes. KUL has closed their train between terminals for repair and it requires a bus transfer to get from
the C terminal where most flights land to the immigration/baggage claim area. It is also infamous for long passport check lines which is why the automated passport control is a must.

If your flight is on time you could probably barely make it but even a 15 minute delay would put you at risk. Anything you can do to elongate the connection time would be prudent.
