3). For the price, I am not seeing anything even remotely close to ET business class but is the 787 product from ATL or ORD rarely going to have lie flat seats?
4). Bonus question, we will arrive at JRO at 1230 PM and our ET flight would be 7 pm. Any suggestions on what to do?
1. Houston is unlikely to restart anytime soon. It is a combination of scheduling constraints (they would have to park an aircraft nearly 24 hrs in Houston to make the connections work) and aircraft shortages. The next target destination for them is Minneapolis, which is about the extreme limit that they can make work from the current hub banks.

2. 1h5m is plenty of time. You may even have time to visit the loung for some dinner before you board (although the extra US security might make this a bit impractical). Just follow the "GOLD TRACK" signs for shorter queues everywhere.

3. Summer sees both those routes regularly upgraded to 787-9, but winter and off-peak demand is unlikely to see anything larger than 787-8. And both those routes will not have the RR powered aircraft so the likelihood of the fully flat seats is low.

4. Ugh. That's all.
