I have a flight on July 31st and I'm currently trying to complete my online check-in. However, I encountered an issue with the following message:

"Check-in procedures cannot be completed because the passport information transfer was unsuccessful, or the departing/arriving country’s security regulations require travel document verification. Please check in at the airport."

When I attempted to restart my check-in, I received a new status indicating that my passport or visa is no longer valid. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it?
