Sorry to hear about the TV in the lounge, that would grate on the nerves very quickly indeed...glad she is there now and so I won't have to deal with her for at least 3.95 years? (or is she staying the weekend? Eek! )
Hope the rest of the stay and hotel is good, it will be my first time staying at the Cardiff Hilton, even though it is reasonably close!

The rate for 24 hours is virtually the same as the hotel parking fee. It is slightly cheaper via the NCP app.
The room is clearly refreshed, but this has to be one of the worst mattresses we have had in any hotel for years.
It needs throwing out.
Very lumpy in the wrong places.
Oh plus we had a staff member let herself into the room yesterday to show it to some guests.
Currently just gone 5am waiting for breakfast 😂
The refurbished areas look really nice. The lounge is where Costa used to be.
We have just been unlucky with issues.
