Not sure if this has be suggested (I didn't see it) But just get on a Rental Car shuttle - Which ever is the next available and say "I got off at the wrong terminal" then you'll get an easy ride from T3 to T7

If I did this, I'd probably tip the Rental car driver $20 and all would be good
