A: No. The red bar only appears on some simple bookings that the web page can easily tell will qualify. If your booking meets the criteria you will receive your double TPs regardless of whether the red bar showed at the time of booking.
I feel I’ve caused some irritation here, apologies again! Though let’s blame the IT interns…my booking was not overly complex NCL-LHR-SIN-LHR-NCL, not some fancy nested scheme.
