I'm Aś so what happens when I select seats and they are free for me. Other airlines that I have status on lets me put my companion on my reservation and the companion get free seats and luggage etc.
Have been a CP holder for over 25 yrs and that is the primary reason I fly SWA.
Very concerned how SWA proceeds in benifits for frequent flyers.
Plenty of other models out there to review, but hard to imagine them getting into the complexity of the majors in year one. I'd look at AS and F9 and assume something closer to that to start. One big change I could see them phasing out the segments qualification and going to just paid revenue points. I'll hate that its gone as I have had A-list almost a decade thanks to shorter flights, but everyone has done away with it so why expect them to continue using it?
