Throwing my hat in the ring here. I run a luxury travel agency, Lyxresan Travels, based out of Sweden. We work with customers globally - from your points collectors, to very busy senior executives where we handle all their end-to-end travel. A benefit we can offer our clients is the ability to book directly online (contact me to get the URL). Once your booking has been made, I'll be notified and coordinate with the hotel on your behalf. This way you can do self-service bookings if you want, but I'm of course always happy to help to both find relevant hotels and make the bookings for you. We never charge any fees.
