My wife and I considering a quick trip to BOG, we can fly non-stop on LATAM in their Premium Economy, but we really have no idea what that really means.

We also can fly COPA via PTY in Business class which we are more used to, though my luck with COPA is not always the greatest.

Would LATAM offering catering in Premium Economy, would be it be on real plates/silverware/etc. or more like economy on plastic/cardboard or none at all unless one pays?
