Interestingly enough, with points ALL rooms that are being offered for a cash rate are offered for a standerd points redemption as well.
Deluxe Room Cash rates:
Resort view just under $400
Ocean view just under $550
Oceanfront just under $650
Beachfront just under $1000
All these rooms can be booked for 356.000 for 6 nights. So I just changed my booked ocean view room to a beachfront for the same amount of miles

Still curious to new reviews from the past weeks or coming months. We booked for end of October.
Saw those rates as well - wouldn’t typically use 70k per night for the low end of that scale (under $400) but the high end is a good deal with points. Perhaps should call hotel and ask about construction and when it will be completed, since that seems to be the chief complaint.
Maybe the rooms on the low end really have the “construction view” and the higher end the “ocean/beach view” 😀.
