Even assuming that replacement tiles are available ( and that's a big assumption) replacing a single tile in an already finished floor is a difficult task. It's almost easier to rip up the entire floor and redo it.

Super glue is strong, but brittle. A repair using that wouldn't last a day in a floor that gets as much traffic as T5.
