Actually, every flight, including a recent domestic 777 out of DFW where a GA started checking bags. I boarded through the priority lane during Group 6, and was only saved from checking my carry-on by one of the GAs scanning boarding passes.
Flight had at least 50 empty seats even after processing standbys and of course no shortage of bins.
